I am incredibly excited to announce we will be picking up 6 chicks in late April. We have all of the materials ready to go! For the first 2-3 months of their little lives they will be safe in one of our spare bedrooms in a large box with a lamp and plenty of food and water. Then they will be moving to their fancy new hen house (pictured below). I picked 6 different breeds based primarily on personality and ability to live well with each other. I am excited to watch their personalities emerge.
